A one-time license per gateway with every analysis included, normally $10,000 and $7,000 for purchases through December 31, 2026. Annual support at 20% of what you paid ($1,400 a year on a 2026 purchase) keeps you on the newest release, the same model as Ignition. The license includes four hours of an Artek engineer’s time so your team gets value in the first week, not the first quarter.
Most teams use the four hours across two or three remote sessions in the first two weeks. Anything beyond them is priced before it starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
You pay your model provider directly, and Artekis shows every dollar on its Cost page, with daily caps per provider, per run and per user. On our acceptance run, against a 125,000-event alarm journal and a 19,900-tag provider:
A gateway producing 30 to 50 alarm candidates a day runs about $15 to $24 a month in model calls; a small gateway a few dollars. A model on your own network costs nothing per call and keeps every byte on your network.
Per gateway, activated through Ignition’s own licensing. One gateway with every analysis on it is one license. Ask us about a redundant pair or several sites.
The license is one-time. Support is an annual contract at 20% a year of what you paid for the license, so $1,400 a year on a 2026 purchase. It brings you the newest features and updates and keeps Artekis working with future Ignition releases, the same model as Ignition. There is no cloud service to subscribe to: Artekis runs on your gateway and keeps its data in your database. Model usage is paid to your model provider, and the Cost page shows every dollar.
Artekis lists at $10,000 per gateway. Gateways purchased by December 31, 2026 are $7,000, with the same four hours of engineering included. Support is 20% of what you paid, so a 2026 purchase also carries $1,400 a year of support instead of $2,000.
The license covers all five analyses. Each one is a playbook you turn on or leave off, so a gateway can start with Ask and Alarm Health and add Anomaly Watch when its history is ready.
Yes, two ways. Our demo plant, Whitfield Die Casting, runs Artekis around the clock at demo1.artekis.io: browse its findings and ask questions without signing in. On your own gateway, Artekis runs in Ignition’s two-hour trial, resettable like any module, and it is free on Maker Edition under Maker’s non-commercial terms.
